Car medic auto repair and tires LLC

I had my car fixed yesterday and the customer service was amazing these guys are trust worthy thank you car medic for the great service

I highly recommend this shop for automotive repair needs. The customer service is amazing, especially Sam who took the time to show exactly what was wrong with vehicle and explained how it was going to be repaired. His coworkers were also very helpful and friendly. It felt like family. On top of that, the price was very reasonable!

the people are very kind but the work is unsatisfactory. they convinced me to let them replace my fender and bumper for cheap, but they left screws loose or missing and my fender is improperly aligned and not flush with the door. if i could get a partial refund i would. i have to take it apart and redo it myself anyways. on top of that, they put HUGE scratches in my door and just left them there. said i needed to get a car wash and bring it back for them to fix it. they also told me i needed a new tire rod before getting an alignment so i said ok, the issue is still present and now apparently i need another tire rod? never again

Great service and honest pricing! They fixed my car quickly and explained everything clearly. Definitely coming back if I need anything else.

Excellent service and honest pricing. this shop quickly diagnosed and fixed my car without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Staff were professional and kept me informed throughout the process.
