Amazing customer service, the owner and employees went above and beyond with service. Was in town for a wedding and didn’t have much time for a tire repair and they made sure to get me in and out as quick as possible. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had such an amazing experience! I came home from a vacation to a flat tire on a Sunday. Brian at Tuffy on Central was the kindness and calmest representative. He ensured me that it would be taken care of and was done in a timely manner. They were efficient and made my experience seamless. Got 120.00 oil change from here. Was told that greasing the 9 zerks on the front end of the truck was included in the oil change. None of the zerks were greased. Was told to being it in and it would be done. Showed up within a week to get the front end greased. Now the Manager is saying that they did grease the front end.
