Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

The mechanic onsite got right to my vehicle at the time of my appointment .

Amazing customer service, the owner and employees went above and beyond with service. Was in town for a wedding and didn’t have much time for a tire repair and they made sure to get me in and out as quick as possible. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had such an amazing experience! I came home from a vacation to a flat tire on a Sunday. Brian at Tuffy on Central was the kindness and calmest representative. He ensured me that it would be taken care of and was done in a timely manner. They were efficient and made my experience seamless. Thank you Brian...I highly recommend going there for all your tire needs!

I had scheduled an oil change appointment for this morning Feb 12, 2025 @ 5154 Monroe St. My ESA & I showed up at 8:50 Jarrell was checking me in and started badgering me saying no dogs allowed. I ask him does he not want my business. I took my dog and went and sat down, there was another customer in the waiting area, he said he can't do that. I always carry a little blanket for my dog. She was sitting on the blanket and Jarrell came out and yelled get your dog off my furniture. Jarrell then comes out with my…

Got 120.00 oil change from here. Was told that greasing the 9 zerks on the front end of the truck was included in the oil change. None of the zerks were greased. Was told to being it in and it would be done. Showed up within a week to get the front end greased. Now the Manager is saying that they did grease the front end. The pictures I took of 4 zerks that were untouched showed they were not greased. He then told me that I was never charged for the grease and it was not part of the 120.00 oil change as I was told before. I do not recommend this place for service or even a simple oil change.
