My 2017 Dodge Journey needed some brake work and a few other odds and ends. They got me in promptly, did the work quickly and at a price that was probably a little bit lower than what I was expecting. I needed to take advantage of their complimentary shuttle service both ways, and Mike, my driver, was very pleasant and shared some interesting experiences. They were also very good at keeping me informed. All in all, couldn't have gone better. I came in one month and a week ago and paid cash for a brand new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I paid extra for scotch guard, under coating and clear coating. I was told by them someone would contact me shortly to have that done. I had to go there after three weeks of not hearing anything to be told yes we will schedule the scotch guard and clear coating for August 30th. I bought the car on June 17th. Positive Car Purchase Experience I'm writing this review a year after purchasing my car, and I'm happy to report it's been a great experience. While there was one small issue, the dealership handled it wonderfully. They took care of the problem promptly and even provided me with a really nice loaner car. Since then, I haven't had any further issues with the car. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I had yet another great experience with Yark, this time at Yark Nissan. They were easy to deal with and NO high-pressure tactics. We love our vehicles (a Frontier pickup and a Murano) and feel like we are “part of the family.” The staff encourages us to come back for anything… and we do. Special shout-out to TJ, who is our sales consultant. Finance guys were great, too. The deals were very transparent.

Dishonest dealership! Lying salesmen! Terrible Customer Service! We bought a truck remotely from this dealership. We were given really small images which could not be enlarged. After speaking to the salesman multiple times and getting his assurance that the vehicle was in great condition, or in his words 'excellent', we were shocked when it arrived with over $10k worth of damages. There were scratches on EVERY panel, dents on the A pillar and tailgate and some crazy scratches on the window.
